MINTY CITRUS COCONUT DETOX WATER

Ingredients: 

  • 10 fresh mint leaves 
  • strawberry ice cubes or frozen strawberries  
  • oranges  
  • 2.5 cups (500mL) of chilled coconut water

Directions:

  1. To learn how to make the strawberries ice cubes click here for my previous recipe.
  2. Chill the coconut water for about 1 hour.
  3. You can optionally remove the rind of the orange slices, especially if it is not organic I recommend you peel it off to avoid the chemicals.
  4. Add all the strawberries cubes or frozen strawberries, orange slices & fresh mint leaves.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge (sealed) for 1-3 hours.

That’s all! It’s full of antioxidants that refresh skin and keep it hydrated on hot summer day! The real vitamin water! Perfect after a workout!
